Deloitte Video Production Projects

Background and Challenge

Deloitte engaged JSB Video to assist with multiple video production projects for three separate teams within the organization. The projects included creating well-being documentary videos, developing an animated sales video for a new SaaS product, and refreshing a promotional video for their strategic communications community of practice. Each project presented unique challenges and required a flexible, creative approach to meet Deloitte’s high standards and diverse needs.

Solution and Execution

For the well-being stories project, we conducted virtual interviews with Deloitte team members using high-quality virtual recording software. These interviews were supplemented with photos and videos provided by the participants, which we edited together in a fun and engaging manner while ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s branding guidelines. The result was a cohesive 3-minute documentaries that highlighted how four individuals incorporate well-being into their daily routines, inspiring wellness initiatives within the company.

In developing the sales video for Deloitte’s new SaaS product, we worked closely with their team to finalize the storyboard and key messaging. Deloitte provided an initial script, which we refined to fit a concise and engaging animated format. We then collaborated with our animation partners to create a fully animated video that effectively told the story of an insurance broker, the challenges they face, and how Deloitte’s SaaS solution addresses these challenges. The final animation was visually appealing and engaging, ready for deployment across Deloitte’s landing page and LinkedIn, with the flexibility for future updates to logos and messaging.

For the strategic communications promotional video, we began by reviewing the existing YouTube video to identify areas for improvement. Using existing stock footage, we visually told the story with simple yet effective text animations. The editing process included creating a dynamic and engaging format that effectively communicated the purpose and benefits of Deloitte’s Strategic Communications Community of Practice. This approach ensured the video was impactful without the need for additional filming.

Results

The projects managed by JSB Video for Deloitte were consistently successful, with our team playing a key role in ensuring their smooth execution. For the well-being stories, the final videos were well-received by Deloitte employees, serving as an inspiration for wellness initiatives across the company. The authentic storytelling and high production quality effectively conveyed the importance of well-being, resonating with the audience.

The fully animated sales video for the SaaS product effectively communicated the value of Deloitte’s new offering. Utilized across multiple marketing channels, the video garnered positive feedback and drove significant interest in the product. Its high engagement levels demonstrated its success in capturing the audience’s attention and conveying key messages succinctly and appealingly.

The strategic communications promotional video was a resounding success. It captured the essence of Deloitte’s Strategic Communications Community of Practice and was instrumental in attracting new clients and community members. The refreshed video enhanced Deloitte’s outreach efforts, receiving positive feedback for its creativity and effectiveness. Overall, the collaboration with Deloitte highlighted JSB Video’s ability to deliver high-quality, impactful visual content across different formats and for diverse internal stakeholders.

 The creation of learning modules from each event has further expanded the impact of our work, contributing to ERE Media’s online educational offerings. This has also resulted in increased revenue from online sales, with hundreds of paid online viewers per event. The positive feedback from ERE Media highlights our flexibility, professionalism, and ability to handle unplanned challenges with skill.
