Background & Challenge
Anagram is a healthcare technology company that helps eye care practices navigate insurance and billing so they can focus on what matters: patient care. As the company scaled, their marketing team faced a familiar but difficult problem. They needed professional video content that could speak to multiple audiences at once, including patients, partner practices, and internal staff, without looking or feeling like three separate brands.
The scope was significant. Anagram needed testimonial videos that would build credibility with eye care providers, training content that could standardize education across a distributed team, and short-form social clips, all on a compressed timeline and across multiple filming locations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
The real challenge was consistency. Producing that range of healthcare video content across locations, without sacrificing visual quality or narrative coherence, required a production partner who could plan strategically and execute without friction.

Our Role
We partnered with Steve Alexander, Anagram's Head of Marketing and Partnerships, to plan and execute a multi-video production strategy from the ground up. The goal was to build a content system, not just deliver individual videos, so every asset could serve its specific audience while staying visually and narratively aligned with the rest.

Multi-Location Production Across the Pacific Northwest
The production centered on a full day of filming at eye care practices across the region. We managed travel logistics, coordinated with multiple locations, and kept the shoot on schedule without compromising the quality of any individual interview or b-roll sequence. Working in real clinical environments required flexibility and precision, adapting quickly to each space while maintaining a consistent look across every location.
A Content System Built for Multiple Audiences
Every asset was purpose-built for its audience while sharing the same visual language, so Anagram's brand felt unified whether someone was watching a patient-facing testimonial or an internal training module.
From a single production day, we delivered four distinct asset types:
