01. How much does a video project cost?
It depends on what you're building. Schedule a call and we'll give you a real quote based on your actual project, not generic pricing.
02. What is your video production process?
JSB Video's production process has four phases: strategy (goals and audience),pre-production (scripting and planning), production (filming), and post-production (editing, color, graphics, and sound). You review and approve at key checkpoints throughout. We handle all the work so your team stays focused on running the business.
03. How long does video production take?
There's no standard timeline. We've delivered event highlights in 48 hours and spent months on documentaries. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you if it's realistic.
04. Do you provide scripting and creative direction?
Yes. JSB Video provides full creative development - concept ideation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, andon-set creative direction. For organizations that need broader content strategy or ongoing video marketing guidance, our Media Consulting services go further.
05. Can you show examples of your work?

06. What equipment do you use?
JSB Video shoots with professional cinema cameras, broadcast lenses, and FAA-certified drones forvideo production. For live events, we operate professional PA systems, stagelighting rigs, wireless audio, and full HD and 4K livestreaming setups. We've filmed and produced events in 32 cities across 3 continents. The equipment matters -but the experienced crew operating it matters more.
07. Who owns the rights to the final video?
You own the final delivered video once the project is paid in full. JSB Video retains copyright to raw footage and unused materials. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless yourequest otherwise in writing. Full ownership terms are outlined in our service agreement.
08. Do you help with video distribution or marketing strategy?
Yes, through our Media Consulting services. We help with content strategy, platform optimization, and figuring out what to do with the video once it's made.
09. How do revisions work?
Each deliverable includes one totwo revision rounds. The first round addresses major changes; the second is forfinal polish. Revisions that introduce new directions or contradict prior aprovals may involve additional fees. All revision terms are detailed in the JSB Video service agreement before any work begins.
10. Can you travel for projects?
Yes. JSB Video has filmed and produced events in 32 cities across 3 continents. Projects outside the Seattle metro area - whether video productions or live event AV - may include travel costs for flights, lodging, and equipment transport. All travel expenses are outlined upfront and require your approval before booking.
