Featuring stories from alumni of foster care, this film will show you how the education system works for foster youth and how Treehouse is helping youth in foster care learn skills to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams.

Resilience In Foster Care is a short documentary that follows 5 young people as they navigate life after foster care. The film explores the lives of young adults whose childhoods were interrupted by abuse or neglect, who were separated from their families, and who were placed in long-term foster homes while they waited for an adoptive family or their biological parents to get back on their feet.

You’ll see how Treehouse helps students develop technical skills and life skills like financial literacy, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence to succeed in college and beyond.
